PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA OWNERSHIP
Your data belongs to you. Versus uses your health metrics solely to provide tactical insights and performance optimization recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties. Period.
2. DATA COLLECTION
Versus collects minimal data required for functionality:
• Account Data: Email address and user identifier for authentication
• Profile Data: Age, gender, height, weight for baseline calculations
• Health Metrics: Workout logs, sleep data, nutrition, vitals (manually logged
or synced)
• Usage Data: App interactions for performance optimization
3. HEALTH DATA SYNC
We integrate with Health Connect (Android) and Apple Health (iOS) to sync your biometrics. You have full control over which permissions you grant and can revoke them at any time through your device settings or the app's control center.
4. DATA USAGE
Your data is used solely to:
• Generate personalized performance analytics and recommendations
• Power leaderboards and competitive features
• Match you with opponents for challenges
• Provide AI-powered insights into your trends
• Improve app functionality and user experience
5. ENCRYPTION & SECURITY
All sensitive health data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3, AES-256). We implement passkey authentication for secure, passwordless access to your account.
6. AI PROCESSING
Anonymized metrics may be processed by our AI engine to generate personalized guidance. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stripped before processing. AI analysis is performed securely and results are stored only for your benefit.
7. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your data. Your stats are visible only to friends you explicitly accept through the Uplink system. You control exactly what data is shared and with whom through granular privacy settings.
8. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
Requesting Account Deletion
You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To initiate this process:
1. In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
2. By Email: If you cannot access the app, email versus.interferon@gmail.com with the subject
line "Account Deletion Request".
Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently delete all your personal data, health metrics, and account information within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request data deletion
• Export your data
• Revoke consent for data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
